“And he spake a parable unto them to this end, that men ought always to pray, and not to faint,” Luke 18:1.
In Luke 18:1, Jesus exhorted us to always pray and not give up. Jesus died to give us access to God and the throne of grace. He gave us a place in His house of prayer and the use of His Name. No one has greater access to God than any other. Each one of us goes through changes in many areas of our lives as we grow and get older. However, there’s one thing that never changes and that we can always do. We can always pray to a God who hears and answers. Prayer is never old school, old fashioned, or out of date. Prayer will keep you from fainting, giving up, or quitting. Don’t be the one who quits; keep praying and beat the “spirit of quit” that is on so many these days.
